Buckie 0 Posted March 8, 2000 Does it still copy (transfer) files normally? Share this post Link to post
Arin 0 Posted March 8, 2000 as far as i can remember the transfer between 2 win2k boxes were fast but the 95 box was slow. it was just extreamly slow accessing network neighborhood Share this post Link to post
Reaper_uk 0 Posted March 9, 2000 your finding it very slow to find the hard drives on the other machine yeah? i bet those other machines are either win98 or win95. well becuase with me i had win2k and my friends had win9x. the actual network was peachy but it took a long while to find the hard drives (or shared folders) on the win9x machines. if you put 2 win2k machines together, super fast access!! if i'm wrong, whoops.
