my cam makes static noise!!

PLEASE help me

when ever i talk to someone or make a video my mike in my webcam makes stat ic noise and im really pissed of cause its brand new costs $70 and is guarnteed to work alon g with free support yet the website says nothing about how to cure the noise! and its so harsh cause its so loud and when im having a conversatio n with someone all the sudden theres noise and they cant hear me

Take it back and get another one.

Well considering the fact that the website doesn't even list a fix for it. Do you really want the hassle of trying to find one, when you can just as easily take it back for a new one.

no but how do i get it.

and it isnt just MY webcam. my bff and my friend in nanamio has the same prob, and so do all her frie nds. It seems to only be with this kind of cam and mike

You have a few options for that. One, look in the manual that came with the cam. Two, go to logitech's website. Plus if it happens to all your friends with the same cam, than it sounds like a crappy cam and personally I would return it for another model.
