Memory Range

Hi there,

 

Is there anyway to change the memory range for my Creative Dxr3 on Win2k?

 

The automatic settings are greyed out so I cannot change them, even when logged in as admin.

 

(I need to change the range to creatives suggestion one of

F0xxxxxxxx and can't seem to find a way of doing it.)
