virus file i can not delete help

the file is ms movies have disabled it want to remove it cant shown as hidden file ati virus software dose not reconize it as a virus but it is a trojan droper HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Run from command line "msconfig" - and remove file in question from all autorun menues.

2. Restart windows, press F8, use safe mode, remove file.

download spybot S&D, malware bytes anti malware( i like this program, helped m e alot of times) install both, load up in safe mode, run spybot, maylware bytes and ur antivirus one after another. delete anything that comes up. restart
