memcgann 0 Posted October 26, 2006 I recently attempted to use Add/Remove Programs in the CONTROL PANEL and saw this. "THESE CONTROL PANEL OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE." "The content of this Control Panel category has been made unavailable by your system administrator. To make changes in the area, contact your system administrator." I tried to see if any category within the Control Panel was functioning and NONE are. I tried the Restore option and it said "MY COMPUTER COULD NOT BE RESTORED TO THAT PREVIOUS DATE."
