jarves 0 Posted October 27, 2006 i have a 40Gbytes harddisk drive. But why is it not 40Gbytes but insted it only shows 38.79Gbytes? where are the rest? My hardisk is new and there are no files yet inside. Share this post Link to post

fpsdyl 0 Posted January 10, 2007 its because 1mb isnt exactely 1000kbs it's rounded to 1000kbs it's supposed to be 1024kb... not sure but i think it's that like my 160gb shows only 149gb... sucks dont it Share this post Link to post
