ANY HELP? Capture DV Display Hard Drive RPM wrong

I recently just bought a Maxtor 7500RPM 300GB in order to capture DV from pinnicle studio 8.8... but when I tried to capture the Read and write rate is only 2000+ instead of 20000+

 

I have another 40g HD and the read and write rate is normal.. any1 know why? and any help?
