SB5v Voltage Fluctuation

My SB5v voltage fluctuates from about 3.7 to 5.00 volts. Computer will work fine if all I do is the internet and read mail. Seems like anytime I start an application, computer shuts down. CPU running hot, about 120-126. Have swapped power supply and removed all extra HDs and accessories, with no help. Any recommendations?

Is your fan cooling the cpu working as it should? make sure it's plugged in and that no wires are in it's way. I doubt that's the problem but it's always worth double checking.
