red alert 95 problem

Hi, I hope someone can help.

 

I can't install Red Alert 95 in windows XP. Problem:

'setup.exe is not a valid win32-application'. I've tried everything with compatibility and read all the topics, but i've found no working answer. Can someone help?

You either have some files missing or try using the compatibility wizard to get it working.

 

Run sfc /scannow to check for missing files.

Also make sure autoexec.nt and config.nt exist in your windows system32 folder.
