Command & Conquer The First Decade - Game won't in

I am having trouble installing the game. Have tried suggestions of turning off background programs and copying to hard drive but software still will not install. Any ideas? Thanks

Thanks for the assistance. Turns out it was not the software. Had a driver conflict.
