PLease help me out my sims during installation an error occur that says tsdata/res/sims3d/Sims10.packages ... What should I do please help out .. Im goin crazy I wanna play my SIMs

Clean the CD or DVD and the CD/DVD drive as some muck is preventing files being read from the drive.
