Le Mans 24 Hours

Is there any way to get Le Mans 24 Hours working on Windows XP (SP2)? I've tried everything I can think of, but it crashes whenever a race is started.

You need this patch if you are using DirectX 9:

That patch doesn't fix the problem I'm having.
