Does anyone know how to retrieve my sound.

I think I erased it by mistake deleting files that was causing my computer to malfuction. An error comes up that it can't find the multimedia audio controller driver. The Multimedia Audio Controller Drivers were lost some kind of way. I have not been unsuccessful in trying to locate another driver for it nor was I successful in trying to install them off either os disks. If anyone can give me some insight into this situation, I would be most appreciative. -Queen

What make and model or computer or motherboard do you have?

If you don't know try downloading a tool such as Astra32 or CPU-Z to work it out.
