kcscm 0 Posted September 26, 2007 I've just tried installing fifa 07 on my pc, which is running XP Service Pack 2 with all the latest updates from MS. When I start the install, in asks for the CD as normal, which I enter, after that it goes to the User License Agreement screen and asks for the usual 'yes' or 'no' response, however the page is blank and I cant read the license (not that I particularly want to). So I've clicked 'yes' to continue. At this point a warning comes up telling me that the installation cannot continue as directX 9.0c is needed and is not on my machine. However, I know that 9.0c is on the machine, but still it wont work. I've downloaded the latest directx, run spyware checkers and my virus checker and still nothing. please help me Share this post Link to post
peterh 1 Posted September 29, 2007 What does the message actually say? Does it say you do not have DirectX 9.0c installed OR you do not have a DirectX 9.0c capable graphics card? They refer to two completely different things, one is about software (ie DX) and the other about hardware? What graphics card have you got in your PC?
