Lost my admin priviligies in XP x64

Hi, I'm using the account "administrator" on Windows XP x64, and one day I suddenly lost my admin rights!

I can't install anything, and I don't have access to Catalyst Control Center!

 

System:

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 3800+

MB: MSI K9N Ultra

Ram: Corsair PC4200 DDR2 2x1024MB

VC: Sapphire Radeon X800 256MB
