euankirkhope 0 Posted March 17, 2000 Yep, that’s right they do share an IRQ, or to be more precise a very thing small piece of copper track that means they can't be separated If you have another free PCI slot then just move the card, and that should allow the agp to have its own (fixed mistake!) IRQ. However if you’ve installed ACPI (check in the computer icon in system properties) then all your devices will appear to be on IRQ9, this is ok as long as your motherboard is relatively good quality, newish and has a bios with no gapping holes like mine Sorry but the AGP and PCI slot 1 are fixed permanently [This message has been edited by euankirkhope (edited 17 March 2000).] Share this post Link to post
