Can't get Southpark to run

I just found my old South Park game from back around 99 and was trying to get it working and can't. I can get it to go to a blank screen for few seconds then crashes back to desktop. Anyone know how to fix this one? This is the old FPS one.

Have tried changing compatibility modes ad installing installing with the 98 compatibility and still got nothing. Tried some glide wrappers with it also.

I have XP SP2, 3.4MHZ\HT, 2GB RAM, and Nvidia 7600\512MB.
