Problem with Resident Evil 2

Hello.

 

I have a problem with Resident evil 2.

 

I finished the game with Leon (story 'A'), and I play with Claire ('story 'B')at the moment.

 

I enter the inventory and when I exit the inventory Claire start rolling and the game exit, without errorr message.

 

Please help!!!
