Installsheld probs

I don't know if this is a familiair problem but every time when I tried to install the new Mouseware for my Logitech mouse it runs the installshield up to 99% and then simply disappears . Anyone ?

I noticed installing other stuff did that too... it'd go up to 99% and hang for awhile, but eventually worked. It might have been cuz I was running a lot of junk but I'm not sure... its happened enough times to make me a little intrigued.
