Recovering from Lost Admin password for XP

I have lost/forgotten XP admin password. Is there a way to recover it without Windows Boot CD or windows boot disk.

You might be to install a parallel operating system on a different partition on the same computer, then use a simple trick to gain access to the old system.

I have downloaded windows password key 8.0. It is a very quick and useful utility for resetting passwords. It not only supports XP, 2000, and NT, I have personally tested it with Vista Home Premium and Ultimate. It works perfectly to reset any local user account to a blank password.
