URinsane 0 Posted March 25, 2000 OK, after spending the whole night making Win2K work on my machine, or rather, the drivers for certain hardware, I managed to break it does anyone know what to do when you get this msg in win2k? "config.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application." And then it won't run the program. I am hoping I won't have to reinstall!! I have tried copying the config.nt file from the repair directory, from a friend's machine, and from the config.tmp file. NOTHING WORKS!! Help! BTW, the title of the error msg is: 16 Bit Windows Subsystem The problem seems to only occur when i run an setup file, and it is kinda bad since I need to install all of these things Thanks for any help in advance!
