opti sound cards

has anyone heard of an opti driver for win2k...i have a friend who cant install his sound card because of lack of support. if he has to get a new sound card which chipsets are supported in win2k?? i told him anything creative works good. i havent install any yamaha soundboards yet because all my customers want high end sound. any help would be highly appreciated.
