What in the @$@#$@#$ hell

Ok, all the sudden win2000 changed my monitor from my hitachi 752 to "default monitor" and there is NO monitor category in the device manager, and the properties box under "monitor" in the display settings is grayed out???? !@#!#@!@##

can anyone tell me how to get the .inf for my hitachi installed, my power management doesnt work with the default monitor BS
