norrissm 0 Posted April 4, 2000 I was wanting to hibernate in Windows 2000 retail and when I tried it said, "The device driver for the 'PC/AT Enhanced PS/2 Keyboard (101/102-Key)' device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. norrissm 0 Posted April 5, 2000 I fixed the keyboard problem...........Now it says, "The device driver for the 'Highpoint Technology Inc. HPT 366 Ultra DMA 66 controller' device is preventing the machine from entering hibernation. Please close all applications and try again. If the problem persists, you may need to update this driver."
