The deal, effective immediately, ensures the continued evolution of the popular photo printing application. LateNiteSoft are planning to provide frequent updates to Snapshot, as well as major releases approximately every 12 to 18 months. The acquisition of Snapshot will help LateNiteSoft implement their strategy to broaden their portfolio and become a reference in the independent developer landscape. Madrid, Spain - LateNiteSoft and Stunt Software today announce the acquisition of Snapshot by LateNiteSoft.
