Boston, MA - Flash on Tap, the new Flash conference combined with a beer tasting event that takes place October 7-9, 2008 in Boston, balances design and developer presentations with deep dive breakout sessions.

 

On the main stage, leading the speaker line up on the Flash design side are GMUNK (Bradley Grosh) and Robert Hodgin while John Grden and Grant Skinner highlight developer presentations. GMUNK, an independent Flash designer, presents GMUNKkickdown08 while Robert Hodgin, Barbarian Group, presents The Most Rewarding 8-12 Hours of My Life.

 

John Grden, Senior Software Developer, Infrared5 will present Papervision on Viagra. And, Grant Skinner, developer gskinner, covers Things Every Actionscript Developer Should Know. Other main stage presentations will feature leaders in the industry covering broad topics of interest to the full Flash community.

 

Supporting main stage presentations, breakout sessions will offer an opportunity for attendees to concentrate on topics of interest and learn design and development tips, tricks and code from Flash industry spe[censored]ts. Conference creators - Infrared5, Influxis and Red5Server - developed this well-rounded educational and inspirational program combined with a beer tasting festival to raise the bar for code and creativity as well as frosty beverages!
