Video Capture Card for Win2k ?

Is there any entry-level video capture card that absolutely 100% works in Win2k guaranteed ?

 

My Aimslab VExtreme does not - NOR does my new Miro PCTV Rave ( believe me I have tried..)

 

All I want to do is hook up my videocam for CU-SeeMe type apps - no TV needed. If it matters I have a Matrox Millenium G400 Max on an Intel P3 450 Asus MB.

I use the Dazzle which hooks to the USB. It works very nicely with win2k.
