DocSilly 0 Posted May 4, 2000 You have to "hack" your registry 8) Well, I hope you know the precautions you might wanna take before "messing" in your registry. Go to START|RUN and enter "regedit", go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\3Dfx Interactive\Voodoo2\Glide" and change the value for the refresh rate of the different resolutions to your preferred value. I prefer 85Hz for all resolutions up to 1024x768. Just remember to take values that your Voodoo2 cards support. Hope this helps ------------------ DocSilly homepage Share this post Link to post
LTEtabs 0 Posted May 18, 2000 Anyone know how to fix the refresh rates on a Voodoo 3 3000 AGP? I'm locked on 60Hz. Share this post Link to post
Damien 0 Posted May 18, 2000 If you mean under Direct 3D then that's easy. 1. Go to Start, Run 2. Type dxdiag 3. Click More Help 4. Click Override 5. Simply enter the desired refresh rate in the box. 6. For other operations - select the desired rate from the monitor section in the display properties.
