Functionality that is invaluable if you are using your computer to demonstrate software to a third party, or if using any sort of screen recording software.

When using your computer to demonstrate software to a third party, or when creating a screen-cast or screen recording, Pointer+ can help by making your mouse cursor more visible and giving visual feedback in the form of a target cross-hairs when the mouse is clicked.

 

In addition you can define (in pixels) the size of a magnification area that you can activate using a hotkey and drag around the screen. If you wish to capture that area of magnified screen as an image, this can easily be done by using another Hotkey.

 

Pointer+ has no dock icon or standard menu. When running Pointer+ it displays 'P+' in the status menu. From here you can view the About window and access the Preferences. Ideally Pointer+ would be setup to run as a Login Item so that it is launched automatically when you start your computer.

Purchase Price 5.00 / $7.80 / 6.25 Euro. A trial version of Pointer+ is available for download. The trial version is unrestricted but does show the words 'Trial Version' in a screen overlay. As with all our products Pointer+ remains free of charge to educational and charity organisations.
