W2k and CDU-926S

I have read that ist possible to use the CDU-926 S Burne with W2k. Can everyone say me what I must do to use it?

I also have been unable to get my Sony CDU926s SCSI CD-Burner to work under win2k.

 

My SCSI card is working fine as I also run a SCSI Zip drive off it.

 

It use to run nicely under win98!

 

Any help is appreciated

Try this page, there is a Sony CDU-926s file which replace cdrom.inf in system32 directory.

 

This has allowed me to read cd's but not record.

 

One step closer anyway.

There is no site "http://contamination.org/windows2000" that contains a cdrom.inf file.

 

Where may the corrected file be found.

 

Frustrated.
