Ulden 0 Posted June 6, 2000 I have that the drivers I got off the acer us page did not function right. I downloaded the drivers from the taiwan page which has a link in the hardware section of this page and everything worked fine. Share this post Link to post
zleper 0 Posted June 6, 2000 Was it the Mira340u.zip file? ------------------ //Zleper Share this post Link to post
Robert Keeling 0 Posted June 7, 2000 First, remove the previous drivers, including the corresponding oem.inf (make sure you don't delete the wrong one) file in the WINNT/inf directory. Then, unplug the scanner from the computer. Reboot. Then install the new Win 2000 drivers from Acer's website. Then power down the computer. Re-attach the scanner and power it on. Then power up the computer. The scanner should be recognized and the drivers should work now. That's how I got mine to work. Good luck, Bob Share this post Link to post
