Changing from FAT32 to NTFS

Hey, I have fixed this old harddrive that I found lying around... It is in FAT32 format, will it make a difference if I change it to NTFS?

FAt32 is the old windows format and the NTFS i believe is the new format, i would go with the NTFS but it is up to you
