Hi,

 

Blue screen of death problem! Exept, different

 

Im given these from my computer:

 

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

file causing problems NTFS.SYS

 

***STOP 0X00000050 (OXA73C97E8, 0X00000000, 0XF75448C1, 0X00000000

*** NTF.SYS - ADRESS F75448C1 BASE AT 7513000, DATESTAMP 45CC56A7

 

Does anybody know what this means? Ive contacted microsoft who dont offer me with any answers.

NTFS.SYS error is usually a bad HD error.

 

Scan your hard drive with the diagnostics that came with your computer. If none came with your computer then download the "Ultimate Boot CD" which has the diagnostics for each model of hard drive on the CD.
