c5rlh 0 Posted June 13, 2000 Ok - it's been a few weeks now and I'm getting a little pissy with haveing to use a V3 3000 I decided to go for it - Bought an Athlon, a Gigabyte 7ixe m/b and a Ge Force 256. Much quicker, but also much more unstable. I then found out after my parting of cash that W2K, AMD Chipsets and Ge Force's don't like each other. AMD have been promising some new drivers but I haven't heard anything!! Anyone any ideas? Share this post Link to post
c5rlh 0 Posted June 13, 2000 By the way - I'm using 5.22 Detonator drivers Before anyone says anything, I have tried others with the same results Share this post Link to post
PatMan 0 Posted June 17, 2000 Go To Asus web site and download Agp Filter Driver 5.02 for Win2k. This is still beta, but its the latest and worked wonders for Matrox g400. Did you install this patch? This is for Asus K7M Board but will work fine seeing it's the same northbridge chipset. No crashes or BSOD after that.
