kgeissler 0 Posted June 29, 2000 I called Logitech today to find out when Win2k drivers would be out for my Quickcam. They told me that drivers for the quickcam are suppose to be out next week, but WONT support the Quickcam VC. I am pissed. Share this post Link to post
INFERNO2000 0 Posted June 29, 2000 VC? Is that the video in thing or is it one of the cameras? I have HOME USB, so I don't pay that much attention to the others. They also said they'd be out in May too though... ------------------ PIII 500 (Pre CuMine) 160MB RAM GeForce DDR Sonic Impact S90 Win2K Prof(and W98SE, but unused since early March) Logitech Itouch Elite Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer Everglide (HL Giganta) Logitech Quickcam Home etc. etc. etc. Share this post Link to post
kgeissler 0 Posted June 29, 2000 The VC is the one that looks like a golfball. The did say the Home version would be supported. Share this post Link to post
INFERNO2000 0 Posted June 30, 2000 That's great. Sorry if I sounded like I was talking out of my ass...I was tired. Ummm....why isn't the VC being supported? It's one of the most popular cameras, unless the express has taken over like the Web did for the Home? ------------------ PIII 500 (Pre CuMine) 160MB RAM GeForce DDR Sonic Impact S90 Win2K Prof(and W98SE, but unused since early March) Logitech Itouch Elite Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer Everglide (HL Giganta) Logitech Quickcam Home etc. etc. etc. Share this post Link to post
shibumi 0 Posted June 30, 2000 Strange .. I could install mine in Windows 2000 Pro. The driver CD that was supplied with mine (ver 5.x) had the Windows 2000 Drivers, however, the software itself doesnt work under Win2K hence I uses Netmeeting only and cant take snapshots/movies etc! Anynews regarding when they are going to releases a Win2K compatible Software? or it is due with the drivers for next week? Oren Share this post Link to post
