cbvbguy 0 Posted July 1, 2000 I'm having lots of trouble getting the official Ensoniq NT4 Drivers to work with Windows 2000... here's whats been going on: The card used to work.. every now and then, I'd have to reinstall the drivers for some strange reason, because "Windows could not find the specified drivers". When this happened about 3 days ago, I went about the normal procedure (Update Driver...), but this time it didn't work. I've tried everything, ininstalling it, installing it, using the Win2k drivers, downloading different drivers, even messing with the .inf files themselves. I'd contact Esoniq support, but suprisingly, they dont have any means of contact from their website at ensoniq.com. Can anyone here help me? ------------------ ______________________ Chris Bielinski snipe@san.rr.com Share this post Link to post

Four and Twenty 0 Posted July 1, 2000 WinNT drivers are not Win2k Drivers simple as that althought win2k is a version of NT you shouldn't expect any NT4 drivers to work at all. Share this post Link to post

NOT TRUE: The ss_wnt.exe driver will work with W2Ksp4 but it has to be configured Manually as it is not PnP. Have it workin on 2 Tyan Tiger MB's - Sent email to Chris on HOW TO for it. he can post his reply. rem69 Share this post Link to post
