ThC 129 0 Posted July 6, 2000 Actually it's Friday morning in Singapore. It will most likely be posted on the Singapore server before the Americas one. It will most likely be posted during the evening or middle of the night (for us in the Western Hemisphere) or early morning for those in Europe. If it doesn't go up tonight, then I'd guess they'll be shooting for Monday (Sunday night in the West). -- Harvey Fong Technical Marketing Spe[censored]t Audio Products Creative Labs Inc. http://www.soundblaster.com Share this post Link to post
Hugo 0 Posted July 7, 2000 Is there an ftp site where you can check to see if it's there? Share this post Link to post
ThC 129 0 Posted July 7, 2000 no the only place to check is creative's site and their newsgroups Share this post Link to post
Exorcist 0 Posted July 7, 2000 It'll surprise me a great deal if it's released tonight, as opposed to next week....this is Creative after all. Then again, it'd be nice if they did actually get them out for once -Ex- Share this post Link to post
archetype 0 Posted July 7, 2000 I wouldn't be soo annoyed if CL just said "we'll give you the drivers when hell freezes over or thereabouts" - instead of giving us bull**** dates like mid may/mid june -- then not delivering till eary july. its a crock of **** the service that they provide. Cardinal 0 Posted July 8, 2000 Hehe.. I'm with you Matt. I share the same attitude. The time for patience is over, Lets face it. This proves that that Harvey Wrong character does NOT use windows 2000. Anyway you look at it. Windows 2000, Windows ME or whatever damn OS you use. If you own a Sblive you should be entitled to customer support. Creative have royally failed in that area. [Anyone want to swap a sblive for an mx300? ] Share this post Link to post
Damien 0 Posted July 8, 2000 Iy maybe worth the wait - I know it's taken ages, but at least when the drivers are released they will be the full Microsoft Approved version - so hopefully there will be no bugs or glitches and we might just be able to use the card properally under Win 2K - Horay!! nam ng 0 Posted July 9, 2000 Someone should take up Cardinal's offer, even with Aureal being defunk at least the MX300 has got W2k certified driver if you're using Aureal's 5.10.2500.0049 revision. Share this post Link to post
