Network card causing random reboots

My system is perfectly stable, until I enable my second network card. System just up and reboots...anyone have any suggestions.

I am running Win2k and it's a realtek NIC. I even just did a fresh windows install and still having problem. Is the card gone?

 

Athlon 850

abit ka7

maxtor 20 gb udma 66 7200 rmp

196 mb micron pc100

asus tnt2 utlta

300watt p/s...did it even with my 250 watts

sbl mp3 w/digital i/o board

another realtek nic

acer 6x4x32 cdrw

kenwood 52x

 

I am hoping it is just a setting....

turn off pnp, and maybe try allocateing irqs for each pci nic slot separatly in bios.

 

It may work, it may not.

I tried that...didn't help...I thought it worked...but I did put in another 10/100 nic...it doesn't do it if I use just a 10baseT and problem is getting worse...I am getting a stop error...it looks like this

Like I said..I put a know good 10/100 card in and I am still having the same problem. As a matter of fact that previous on is in my Win98 machine and not having any problems.

I am at a lost...
