strider 0 Posted July 16, 2000 I guess y'all can add Logitech to the amount of support that one can receive regarding support under Win2000. I submitted two questions regarding the support of the QuickCam Pro USB which I had bought quite a while ago. However, even with a new software release of QuickCam softwares, the drivers included does not match the version that I have. On Logitech's site, there are two QuickCam Pro's. One has the original focus ring and the other has dark focus ring. I own the original version. Asking them about whether or not that the device will be supported doesn't seem to give me any confidence that this USB device will be supported. Well that's just great. Maybe I should just go over to Logitech and hit them on the head with my now-useless QuickCam. Ugh... I don't know why their support system is like this. I was hoping for a more human response. And the response I got did not seem one bit anything like human. Instead, it seems like the idiots there just look at the question, look for the closest automated answer they can find, and send it. I sometimes wonder why these companies ever bother having a tech support area if they can't even PROVIDE actual tech support online. ------------------ -- Strider Hiryu Share this post Link to post
