In addition to FollowUp's helpful reminder, entries in the past due list can conveniently be ordered based on priority, allowing users to schedule follow-ups in order of importance. And since all aspects of any conversation remain editable, no detail is ever excluded. Users can also edit any contact information directly within FollowUp.
