This is a card that is aimed for the person who is looking to not spend a lot of money, while getting a lot of performance. This card can also be a great addition to an HTPC. This is because of a feature that is now on all ATI cards, the ability to take the load away from a CPU when playing video. That means that you do not need as fast of a CPU.
