Geforce 2 and Win2k pro, Any problems?

I have a friend who is running Win2k pro and would like to get a Geforce 2. Any drivers? Any problems? Good choice?

Have the CLAP2 with Abit BP6 dual booting W2K/W98, can't run at AGP 2x without 3d games crashing, but AGP 1x ok. other than this everything works fine in W2K with latest driver from Creative (5.30 for W2k)
