SuperG 0 Posted August 5, 2000 I have a couple questions on the core of my fcpga Celemine 600...(at 900+ for a week now) The flip chip design I have heard cannot be lapped.... is this true? and I have the golden orb cooler....is it important for the heatsink to be touching anything else besides the core itself? -Super Share this post Link to post
