Ultra ata 66 controller card buyer

i just recentyl bought the biggest bargain a 40 gig harddrive for $250 (australian) but i own a asus p2b-b motherboard which is udma 33

what are my best options for controller cards as far as performance price and the have to work with win2k

I too have a similar motherboard and problem. I ended up buying the Promise Ultra66 IDE Controller and it has worked flawlessly with both Win2k and Win98. I would highly recommend it!! ; )

I'd agree.

 

You pay for quality, and I have had no trouble what so ever with my Promise Card.
