grand prix 1 wheel under w2k?

Ihave installed a gp1 wheel under w2k sp1

i have installed directx 8.0 and a sb live player.

i have installed the drivers 1.40 for gp1 w2k

but the wheel does not functioned propebly

the buttons on the wheel are dead and the break and gas pedal are dead, when i would calbrate the wheel.

What can i do?
