I am having enough probs right now trying to get ET through the firewall with the given ports that the MOD uses. I still have to disable the firewall. I am not sure if there is actually any support for the MOD yet. See the following URL;http://www.linuxgames.com/xqf/ Share this post Link to post
blueworm 0 Posted June 3, 2003 thanks buddy There is no new news at XQF since november 2002 I guess et is just to new, figured it may have been similar to rtcw with some small protocol difference. Share this post Link to post

What is the protocol? Well quake3 pointrelease 1.32 is protocol 68. 1.31 was 67. how do I find out enemy territory's? Easy record a demo and see what it calls it ! /record demo0000.dm_82 /stoprecord protocol 82!!!! So in XQF you just put this in:- game > options > master protocol version > 82 the master server is:- etmaster.idsoftware.com Share this post Link to post

Great little idea, but not as easy to setup for server side use. Share this post Link to post
