news 28 Posted April 23, 2009 AMD has finally released their high end AM3 processor, and it certainly does not disappoint. While AM3 does not propel the X4 955 to new heights, there are certainly enough extra features and overclocking headroom to make this a exciting and desirable product. Considering that the Phenom II is actually a larger chip in terms of die size and transistor count than the i7, we catch a glimpse of how really impressive the i7 is."
