WinTV Remote problems

Has anyone had problems w/ Win2k, Hauppauge's WinTV, and the remote that comes with it? I think I have everything installed properly, but when I hit buttons nothing happens.

 

Any help is appreciated.

Check my other post - you need this http://hauppauge.lightpath.net/software/wintv98/ir32.exe

 

Install it and make sure that the tv window is selected and it works like a charm.
