kuso 0 Posted October 8, 2000 I installed w2k and brand new mouse drivers, but sometimes, when I single click, it double clicks. All settings for the buttons are correct. This is obviously a software issue. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance. [This message has been edited by kuso (edited 10 October 2000).] Share this post Link to post
Qstix 0 Posted October 10, 2000 I've got the opposite problem: Sometimes my mouse won't doubleclick! (I've got to redo it then.) I'm using the Intellipoint 3.0 drivers with my Intellimouse. Share this post Link to post
ThC 129 0 Posted October 10, 2000 hmm sounds like its the problem with the software. It might not have uninstalled properly so try uninstalling it and making sure that the reg entries ect are fully uninstalled. Then reinstall, otherwise your SOL and will have to format Share this post Link to post
kuso 0 Posted October 11, 2000 i found out the problem. It was actually hardware. The way I figured it out was I opened my mouse and rigged the wires to go from the right button to the left and then set the software accordingly. Then everything was fine (but now i need a new mouse ) Share this post Link to post
