Ronin 0 Posted November 8, 2000 There are not a lot of boards out there to choose from. I have the Tyan Thunder 2400 i840 chipset, it supports dual 1 gig cpus but I'm not sure if Tyan is making it anymore. I would wait for the new chipsets to come out from intel, don't know when that will be. There are not a lot of dual mb that support i gig cpus, these boards are not real feature rich but more made for the corporate server market. yakkob 0 Posted November 8, 2000 My m8 is running the Tyan tiger 133, which supports 1ghz P3's. Alas he is having some trouble with compatibility with the gefs. All other cards except for them Which is a shame, well sort of, he sent me his gef coz it wouldn't work in his, which was jolly decent of him Share this post Link to post
